उत्तर :

(i) संगठित होकर चुनाव लड़ने और सत्ताधारक जन-समूह ही एक राजनीतिक दल है।

(ii) प्रत्येक राजनीतिक दल के तीन संघटक हैं :

(अ) नेता, (ब) सक्रिय सदस्य, (स) अनुयायी और समर्थक। (iii) प्रायः क्षेत्र (प्रभाव के क्षेत्र) के आधार पर राजनीतिक दल के दो प्रकार होते हैं : राष्ट्रीय तथा क्षेत्रीय। भारतीय जनता पार्टी एक राष्ट्रीय दल है जबकि शिव सेना एक क्षेत्रीय दल का उदाहरण है।

(iii) There are usually two types of political parties depending on the region (sphere of influence): national and regional.
